Tanglefoot Training Centre exists for only one purpose: To help you find and follow the path to greater fitness in your life—body, mind, and soul.
For many people, the biggest obstacle to greater fitness is the discouragement that comes from "going it alone." At Tanglefoot our team, facilities, programs, and schedules are all designed to provide a sense of community to inspire and instruct you onwards and upwards. Whether training by yourself or in a class, you'll recognize that those around you are passionate about being there and enjoying themselves in the process. It's infectious in a good sort of way!
