Tanglefoot Training Centre exists for only one purpose: To help you find and follow the path to greater fitness in your life—body, mind, and soul.
For many people, the biggest obstacle to greater fitness is the discouragement that comes from “going it alone.” At Tanglefoot our team, facilities, programs, and schedules are all designed to provide a sense of community to inspire and instruct you onwards and upwards. Whether training by yourself or in a class, you’ll recognize that those around you are passionate about being there and enjoying themselves in the process. It’s infectious in a good sort of way!
We recognize that for every age and stage in life, your fitness needs and goals often change. With that in mind:
- Team members can consult with you to design a personalized path to your goals and to help you track your progress.
- Programs and services include cardio and weight training studios, personal training and group fitness coaching; a variety of fitness and conditioning classes including spin, body sculpt, cardio strength circuit, step circuit and TRX circuit; mind body programs including STOTT Pilates mat and reformer programs plus Yoga for all levels of ability; outdoor activities such as boot camps, guided trail treks and running programs; plus specialty programs and workshops.
- Schedules are family friendly and adjusted on a seasonal basis to reflect how you actually live and need to train. We fit fitness around you!
- Membership and payment options are value packed, flexible, and designed to compliment your path to fitness.
